People who've worked the front desk.
Good Revenue (formerly Travel Institute) is a small Sydney team of revenue managers, marketers and hoteliers. We set the rates, bring guests direct and look after the stay for independent properties that don't have those people in-house.

What we believe
Higher rates and fuller rooms
We push your average rate and your occupancy up together, then keep more of each booking. A full house at any price isn't good revenue, and neither is a high rate on empty rooms.
Every night counts
We treat a Tuesday in July like a Saturday in December: priced, filled, earned.
Show the working
Every rate change and every estimate comes with the reason and the numbers.
Plain words
No jargon you have to look up. If we use RevPAR, we tell you what it means.
One team for the rate, the channel and the stay.
We price every room, every night, and manage how the property sells on Booking.com, Expedia and its own website. We bring more guests direct with offers, campaigns, search and better listings. We audit the guest journey, analyse reviews and train front-office teams to upsell with confidence. Every month we send a report and get on a call: what happened, what it was worth, and what we do next.
- Revenue management sets the right price for each night.
- Marketing puts that night in front of the right guests, on the channels that cost least.
- Service optimisation turns the stay into a review, a repeat booking and an upgrade, so the next night is easier to sell.
